We investigate the propagation of electrons in a circular quantum dot monolayer Molybdenium disulfide MoS_2, subjected to an electric potential. Using continuum model, we present analytical expressions for eigenstates, scattering coefficients, efficiency, and radial component reflected current electron density. identify two regimes as function physical parameters such incident electronic energy, potential barrier, radius. For low show that there is appearance resonances. Also, note Far-field scattered has distinct preferred directions.
